The complex dates back to the end of the 19th century, beginning of the 20th and is constituted by a mix of trulli and lamie, built in local stone. It’s composed of a group of trulli of four cones, a lamia with a barrel vault and a cellar with an entrance-alcove and it’s placed in a big garden with ancient olive trees.
At the Riposo del Vento, we aren’t offering just a place to sleep, but also a fill of emotions. You won’t just sleep in rooms furnished with natural materials, as wood, stone and linen, but you’ll also be able to enjoy the quiet of the garden, start the day with a genuine breakfast, do a cycle ride along the country roads, among olive groves, vineyards and stretches of little red tomatoes, sample a varied aperitif of local products while watching the sunset, when the light breeze recalls that even the wind decided to stop here…
